Halloween Event: Corboo Ball

Join the Modern League for the second annual CORBOO BALL on Thursday October 31.  Based
on the 1931 Beauz-Arts Ball, come dress up as your best
architecture-related costume for an evening of modern mayhem. Event is
from 7-11pm to the SOAPBOX
gallery in Brooklyn.  Enjoy drinks and music in the
gallery-gone-ghostly forest.  Save $5 and get your ticket now.  $15 in
advance includes one drink ticket ($20 at the door).

A Docomomo US initiative, The Modern League 
is a young professionals group working to promote the 
preservation of modern architecture. The Modern League seeks to connect
young professionals across the country that are interested in the built
history of the mid-20th century and preserving and promoting that
legacy. Focused on experiencing and enjoying modern architecture, we
invite everyone to join us as a participant or as an organizer of Modern
League related educational and social events throughout the United
States.

The Modern
League is made up architectural or modern design enthusiasts. Our
events are organized by local volunteers and include unique
design-oriented tours and social events. Events can range from biking
tours to social nights at a favorite Modern bar. Most events are free
and open to the public. For ticketed events  free or discounted entry
for Docomomo US members applies.
