Concrete Justice, Theatre of the Oppressed NYC's long-running ensemble of New Yorkers with experience of homelessness, presents their new show, "The Housing Circus". "The Housing Circus" is a wacky, complex, and moving play based on the actors' own experiences negotiating the transitional-housing system and its associated bureaucracies.
