Nicholas Naquan Heyward Jr. was a 13 year old honor student from Boerum Hill Brooklyn, he was killed by housing police while playing with his friends. August 24, will mark the 19 year Annual Day of Remembrance in Memory of a bright young honor student who's life was cut short.
