7th Annual Children's Book Fair

Meet your favorite Brooklyn authors and illustrators at this free event featuring storybooks, picture books, graphic novels, and, for the first time, books for young adults! This year’s fair features more than thirty Brooklyn authors and illustrators and includes storybooks, picture books, graphic novels, and, for the first time, books for young adults. Enjoy presentations by Melissa Guion, Oliver Jeffers, and Adam Gidwitz. Includes games and activities for all ages.
After the readings, stay for a special performance of Sergei Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, by the Brooklyn Conservatory Community Orchestra and The Maestrosities.
Martha A. and Robert S. Rubin Pavilion, 1st Floor
Tickets for Peter and the Wolf are $20 for adults and $10 for children under 12; includes Museum admission.
