Brooklyn Man Wounded in Colorado Theater Shooting Returns Home

A Brooklyn musician wounded in the Aurora, Colo. 'Dark Knight' shooting rampage has returned home to the borough.

Christopher Rapoza, 29, who was injured at the horrific shooting rampage at the July 20 midnight screening of The Dark Knight Rises in Aurora, Colo. has returned home to Brooklyn Sunday, according to his Facebook page.

, when gunman James Holmes allegedly opened fire on the audience, killing 12 people and injuring many more.

Rapoza is a musician who  residents at the building said.

“Thanks from Perry and I for all the support. We are both still a little rattled but in good spirits at the moment,” Rapoza wrote on his Facebook page the afternoon after the shooting. “Physically, I feel fine, a little sore but none worse for wear. Mostly we are concerned for the victim's [sic] and their families that didn't have it so easy.”

“Back in Brooklyn,” read Rapoza’s Facebook status message on Sunday.
