How Will You Spend 'Doomsday' Eve?

Two Brooklynites speak out on their plans. Now tell us yours!

In case you haven't seen the ads plastered across your subway car on the way to work, the rapture is coming tomorrow.

Harold Camping, President of the Family Radio Christian network, has used Biblical texts to claim that Judgment Day will take place tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. local time (the rapture will take place across the globe at the same date from time zone to time zone), with the end of the world itself to occur five months later on October 21, 2011.

Although almost all local Christian organizations have services scheduled for this Sunday, Camping has managed to find a devoted following for the cause. Several people have driven RV's across the country to promote the message, and one New Yorker even donated his entire life savings towards a Doomsday transit-ad campaign.
