First Tickets on Sale for Nets Games at Atlantic Yards' Barclays Center

Season ticket holders get first dibs on the "All Access" tickets at the 18,000-seat Barclays Center.

The opening is over a full season away, but the Brooklyn-bound New Jersey Nets are already selling tickets to the Barclays Center arena.

The “All Access” tickets, which went on the market Wednesday, are available only to current season ticket holders, and offer perks ranging from unlimited food, first dibs on tickets to other events at the arena, and even a private entrance.

The announcement from the New Jersey Nets is the first sign that the arena is on schedule for opening in the 2012-2013 NBA season.

Nets CEO Barry Yormak said in a press release that 2,000 out of the 18,000 seats in the arena will be priced at $15 and under, and that lower-level season tickets will start at $65.

But plenty of luxury seats are available for big spenders, too. There are 100 suites in the $1 billion arena, including 16 “brownstone suites” that cost around $450,000. The least expensive of the bunch will be the “loft suites,” which cost between $215,000 and $300,000.

Nets spokesman Barry Baum added that only one brownstone suite was still available, and that 10 suites designed by Jay-Z — who holds a small stake in the team — will go on the market in the fall.

Barnum and Bailey Circus and Disney on Ice are slated to stage productions at the arena. It will also host College basketball games, boxing and tennis matches.
