Cops Hunting For Subway iPad Thief

Man grabbed a woman's iPad from her and jumped off the Q-train at 7th Avenue Friday night.

 

Cops are asking the public to help identify a man wanted in connection with a subway iPad theft Friday night. 

On Friday, March 19, at 9:03 p.m., a man grabbed a 24-year-old woman's iPad from her hands and jumped off a Manhattan-bound Q train as it was about to leave the 7th Avenue Subway Station. There were no injuries, police said.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with short black hair who appeared to be, 20-30 years old, between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10 and about 170 pounds.
