But he found the preparation time too cumbersome. So he closed the restaurant in September of 2012 and reopened a few months later with a new plan: Soft-shelled tacos with a Caribbean twist!

Foster Ave. Creperie Nearly Ready to Open
La Crepe et La Vie, a crepe restaurant coming to Foster Avenue between E. 17th and E. 18th St., will be opening soon. The restaurants will be of a strictly French theme, with copper pots, half-timbered walls and French vintage posters to decorate them.
