But with THIS change, the owners say they'll really get ahead of the apparently never-ceasing demand.

World-Renowned LaCrosse Player John Christmas to Host Free Sports Clinic in Brooklyn: World Indoor Champion and two-time USILA All-American Lacrosse player John Christmas will be at Brooklyn Bridge Park Pier 5 on July 13 hosting a free Lacrosse clinic to share some of his techniques and trade secrets to aspiring young players of the game. The event is in conjunction with the 9th Annual Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival's Family Day, and the Brooklyn Crescents, the largest and longest running youth lacrosse program in the borough.

Cyclist Almost Hit by Jar of Mayonnaise: A Brooklyn cyclist and computer programmer Stephen Arthur said he was almost hit by a bottle of mayonnaise while biking in Fort Greene early Friday morning. He said the bottle only nearly missed his face as he biked down Ashland Place around 1:25 a.m.

Williams, Lander Take Victory Lap with Rev. Sharpton: Supporters of the City Council's Community Safety Act, which passed in a session Wednesday night, took to the steps of City Hall to tout their achievement Thursday. Joined by Rev. Al Sharpton, the group vowed to toe the line in the face of an impending mayoral veto, which Mayor Michael Bloomberg pledged after the act was passed.
