The newish eatery on Flatbush Avenue at Bergen, 67 Burger, is offering half-price chocolate milkshakes all day in honor of National Chocolate Milkshake Day.
Whether or not you think the holiday is real, the milkshakes certainly are. Note however that the special only applies to the chocolate variety. The beer milkshake, for example, is still $6.
Co-owner Jeffrey Maslanka said he decided to run the special after finding out that there's a food to be celebrated just about every day of the year.
"It just gives me a vehicle to be creative," he said.
Expect a beer special in October and a cobbler milkshake special in coming months.
