How NOT to run a PUBLIC LIBRARY

The Brooklyn Public Library CEO has announced reduced hours at the Brooklyn Business And Brooklyn Heights Library from July1 to August 30th. The reduced hours will be 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturday. Considering that the Library knew last summer that the Air Conditioning would not work again this summer. What did they do to come up with a temporary solution ? NOTHING...So I again question the quality of Executive Leadership.. Demand that the library install portable temporary air conditioning and demand that our elected representatives work with the library to secure the necessary fund.. The library is seriously out of touch with our Community. E-mail Chair of the Board of Trustees Anthony Crowell who is the current dean of New York Law School (where I am sure the library has working AC) at dear dean@nyls.edu PS Mr. Crowell is the former lawyer to Mayor Bloomberg who we know loves developer give aways
