With tickets for Barbra Streisand’s first-ever Brooklyn show selling out in less than an hour, the Barclays Center has added a second concert date on October 13, at 8 p.m.
Tickets for the show are on sale now, and can be purchased through brooklyn.barbrastreisand.com or by calling (800) 745-3000.
The at the 19,000-seat venue. Tickets for the show went on sale this morning at 10 a.m., and were sold-out about an hour later. (At 1 p.m. today Patch checked the TicketMaster site, and there still appeared to be tickets available.)
Brooklyn-born Babs (who graduated from Erasmus Hall High School) has never before performed in her home borough of Brooklyn.
A Patch poll last week showed that 72 percent of readers believe that at least some living near the arena although 26 percent thought that reserving tickets would be unfair.
