This house was the poster child for a failed attempt back in the 1970s to get Prospect Heights landmarked. The interior has been renovated in recent years. Maybe one of these days the owner will be able to restore the facade. It's not an inexpensive project. Hard to get it done for under $40k. However there are some low interest loans available for this specific purpose from the New York Landmarks Conservancy.
