the MOTH presents: storySLAMS

The Moth is a not-for-profit storytelling organization. Each month, The Moth provides a stage and a microphone, along with a theme to inspire and shape the evening. The SLAM stories are five minutes long, and ten stories are heard. The stories are judged by three teams of audience-members, and a winner is announced at every SLAM.

Since 2001, the raucous and wild quilt of themed stories that emerge during each show has kept the crowds coming back again and again.
