Jun 13: Dennis Lichtman's Braincloud brings Western swing to the plaza. Their infectious blend American southern roots music and old-timey jazz features hot picking, hard swinging, and the inimitable vocals of Tamar Korn. Swing dance lessons with Eve Polich are at 6:30, band starts at 7 pm. In case of rain, the concert will be held on Thursday, June 14.

Jun 20: The Katie Thiroux Quartet Katie Thiroux is a bassist and vocalist of outstanding talent and determination. She has performed with the likes of Dr. Billy Taylor, Branford Marsalis and Terri Lyne Carrington. Swing dance lessons with Eve Polich are at 6:30, band starts at 7 pm. In case of rain, the concert will be held on Thursday, June 21.

Jun 27: Swingtime Big Band This 20-piece band plays authentic recreations of the timeless swing music of such great Big Band leaders as Count Basie, Artie Shaw, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey and Duke Ellington. Swing dance lessons with Eve Polich are at 6:30, band starts at 7 pm.

July 11: The Wiyos Holler, stomp and sing along with a trio whose unique music captures the spirit of blues, ragtime, spirituals, and Appalachian jug-band music. Their eclectic sound features harmonica, washboard, kazoo, banjo and guitar¬. Swing dance lessons with Eve Polich are at 6:30, band starts at 7 pm. In case of rain, the concert will be held on Thursday, July 12.

July 18: Gregorio Uribe Big Band brings together musicians from around the world that, under Gregorio Uribe’s leadership, create a master of piece Afro-Colombian rhythms with funk grooves and powerful big band arranging. Dance lessons begin at 6:30, band starts at 7. In case of rain, the concert will be held on Thursday, July 19.

July 25: Matt Munisteri is a virtuosic and in-demand guitarist with a wide-ranging roster of notable artists across the jazz and American-roots spectrum. His newest CD, Still Runnin’ ‘Round in the Wilderness, is an exploration of the music of the largely forgotten composer Willard Robison, who emerged in the 1920's as an early prototype of the American-Singer-Songwriter. Swing dance lessons with Eve Polich are at 6:30, band starts at 7 pm. In case of rain, the concert will be held on Thursday, July 26.
