The Good Guys benefit for the Hole in Wall Gang Camp @ The Way Station

James Coyle (brother-in-law to Anders) is running the 2012 NYC Marathon on behalf of Team Hole in the Wall.  Join him and his friends for The Good Guys benefit, a rock and roll fundraiser for the Hole in Wall Gang Camp, a most worthy organization founded by Paul Newman to support kids with debilitating illnesses. If you would like to donate now- click the link- he needs to raise $3000! http://www.kintera.org/faf/donorreg/donorpledge.asp?ievent=488955&supId=326654411&msource=bfcoach

7pm- Young Decades- Brooklyn trio, featuring vocal harmonies and lap steel that invoke classic country vibes.

7:30-Cordell Price

8pm- Drum the Jaguar
David Gaynes (drums, vocals) and Jeff Coyle (guitar, vocals) have teamed up once again in a stripped-down version of Drum the Jaguar. Blending influences from pop, classic rock and punk, Dave and Jeff will be performing several new songs along with tunes from the Drum the Jaguar CD, “Beauty”.

8:30 Jim Greene
Jim Greene sings, writes songs, and plays the bass. Influenced by folk-rock writers like John Hiatt, Jackson Browne and John Prine, The words and music are thick with emotion, and evoke moods and places that we all seem to know, or want to visit.

9:30- George Gilmore
Flashes of soul, rockabilly, folk and even gospel illuminate George Gilmore’s tales of a man who’s been around the block enough to narrate every square foot of it with authoritative ease. His new record "I am a weed" is available for download at Itunes and Amazon.

10pm- Jon Hildenstein
The Howling Monkeys began as a project designed to explore the line between the singer/songwriter thing that permeates their hometown Brooklyn music scene, and music that's a bit more singable and danceable. The result is something crossed between The Beatles, David Byrne, Black Keys, Derek and the Dominoes, and something else slightly weird yet singable, like Queen...

10:30- Daniel Wayne
Described by cbs.com as "one of the Top 5 New York acts you MUST SEE in 2012."
Daniel's music is simple, raw, at times dark, at times inviting, but always with a sense of vulnerability not heard from a contemporary male vocalist for some time.

11:30- Kevin Omen
Currently, Omen can be found touring and promoting his latest solo effort INDEPENDENCE, as well as playing guitar with Brooklyn-based MIGHTY HIGH. A prolific American songwriter and intense, inspiring performer, he’s spent half his life performing and perfecting his craft, racking up thousands of hours on the road in the U.S. and Europe.
