Creative Art Making: Mehendi, the Art of Henna

According to Brooklyn Museum's website, "Sandy Patangay, a practitioner of mehendi, the application of henna as body art, hosts a workshop for adults in which she shows visitors how to use henna and traditional designs to create temporary tattoos."

There is a $15 materials fee, and registration is required. Register at www.museumtix.com or at the Museum's Visitor Center. A limited number of free tickets are reserved for Museum members on a first-come, first-served basis. Members should call (718) 501-6326 for tickets.
