Commemorating 9/11: A Film Screening @ Brooklyn Museum
To mark the tenth anniversary of September 11, the Museum presents this film Object and Memory (Brian Danitz and Jonathan Fein, 2008, 62 min., PG).
It is about individuals who have preserved meaningful objects in the aftermath of personal upheaval.
Three animated short films based on interviews recorded by the oral history project StoryCorps, in which people remember loved ones lost on 9/11, will also be shown (Mike and Tim Rauch, 2011, 12 min., NR).
