Classical Interludes @ Central Library
Central Library hosts a variety of orchestras, choirs, solo artists, and quartets that continue to push the boundaries of modern chamber music.
According to their website, the lineup is as follows:
May 1 - Ikarus Chamber Players is composed of American, Canadian, and British soloists and chamber musicians who have appeared at major concert halls throughout the world. They are also members of Carnegie Hall’s resident Ensemble ACJW.

May 8 - Music Off the Shelves The Brooklyn Philharmonic presents an exciting program of music oriented to the wildly imaginative fiction of New York author Karen Russell, who will read excerpts from her new novel, "Swamplandia!"
May 15 - Clive Greensmith and Jean Schneider present a French-inspired prgoram featuring works by Claude Debussy, Gabriel Faure, Camille Saint-Saëns, Paul Tortelier and Francis Poulenc.
