If you've been wondering what all the trailors are doing parked on Bergen Street between Classon and Franklin, they're shooting a new film by Joel and Ethan Coen.
Called "Inside Llewyn Davis," the movie follows singer-songwriter as he navigates New York City's folk music scene during the '60s.
Oscar Isaac plays Van Ronk's character and Carey Mulligan co-stars. Other notable cast members include Justin Timberlake, F. Murray Abraham and Garrett Hedlund.
Crew members declined to answer any questions about the production, but the shooting appears to be taking place inside 879 Bergen, and, according to the street signs, today is the last day of shooting.
Locals were mixed on their brief brush with Hollywood, and its many trailors taking up the block.
"The trucks are a little irritating, but it's OK," said Lillian Vargas, who lives a few buildings away.
But Nixon Perez, Vargas' building's super was pleased.
"I think it's great. It puts a little more life to the place," he said.
