Arts Calendar: What's Up at BRIC and BAM?

Enjoy Halloween with Nosferatu at BAM and more!

Let's take a look at what you can see this week at BAM and BRIC House, the heart of the Brooklyn arts corridor.

It's Halloween week, and that means you've got some spooky stuff on your plate (besides teenagers trying to stock up on shaving cream and toilet paper).

At BAM: The American debut of a new take on Dracula, in part based on Bram Stoker's vampire interpretations. This production will have four shows at BAM, running from Oct. 30 to Nov. 2, all at 7:30 p.m. Tickets start at $14 for members. Give it a shot!

At BRIC House: On Friday, Nov. 1, Henry Butler, blind pianist and vocalist is taking to BRIC House to show off his jazz bona fides. He'll be joined by Brooklyn composer Steve Bernstein. Check out what's happening Friday night, tickets are $18.
