1. Beginning Monday, July 8, your kids can run away with The Brooklyn Waldorf Circus at Circus Camp! Juggling, tumbling, balancing tightrope walking and learning to ride a unicycle are among the fantastic feats we will explore! For children 7-13! Activities will be geared towards individual child's level and age. For more information visit our websitewww.brooklynwaldorfschool.org or call 718-783-3270.

2. Aspire to Dance is taking sign-ups now for its Children’s Summer Theatre Arts Program. The program is for children Ages 6-12.  Classes are held in Ballet/Modern,Hip Hop, tap, modern, theatre, creative writing, along with filed trips! 3. This Tuesday, July 9, marks the kick-off of the wildly popular Senior Splash Pool Party at Kosciuszko Pool (670 Marcy Ave. 
between Dekalb Ave. and Kosciuszko St.)! Let all of the seniors you know to join the fun, beginning now through the end of August, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

4. Move your body this Wednesday, July 10, at the Charles Moore Dance Theatre. Workshop Classes are $12 Per Class For Adults at 300 Vanderbilt Avenue at the Corner of Lafayette, 7:00 p.m. Please bring your drum, and have fun!

 

5. Rated the "worst sequel ever" by Entertainment Weekly, “Staying Alive” the dance flick turns 30 this year with a “Staying Alive Tribute Party!” And we're going to celebrate--leg warmers and all. Join award-winning storyteller Leslie Goshko (Huffington Post, Sideshow Goshko) as she hosts an evening of LIVE video commentary, dance, trivia, prizes, and music by house band The StalloneTones, covering songs from the movie's soundtrack (featuring original tunes by Frank Stallone and The Bee Gees!). Wednesday, July 10, 7:00 p.m. at Union Hall, 702 Union Street.

5.5. Whatever you do this week, alternate side parking rules will be in effect for the rest of the month, so make sure to move the car.
