1. Say Hello, Playoffs. Tonight the Brooklyn Nets will face off again with the Chicago Bulls at the Barclays Center. Bring out the black and white at 8 p.m.
2. Put on your good suit. This Wednesday, Brooklyn Museum turns up the fancy with the Brooklyn Artists Ball: Twenty artists, festive cocktails and a sumptuous seated dinner in the Museum's magnificent Beaux-Arts Court. Plus! An after-party with dessert and dancing amid a one-night-only installation by artist Luis Gispert in the Museum's magical Rubin Glass Pavilion. But it will cost you: Tickets for the evening are $1k and up. Tickets to the after-party only, however, are a wee $75 by comparison.
3. Watch backyard movies. Now that spring has sprung, it's time to head over to Lavender Lake and indulge in their expansive backyard. As it happens, the Gowanus-based bar features free movies during the week. See North by Northwest and Midnight Run on Tuesday and Unforgiven and Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid on Wednesday. 383 Carroll Street.
4. Hop on, hop off. After being shuttered for what feels like forever to Brooklyn residents and local businesses, the Smith-9th St. station serviced by F/G subway lines will reopen this Friday at 10:30 a.m. Huzzah!
