Sea Lion Feeding This daily event features the Prospect Park Zoo sea lions showing off their dives, catching fish mid-air and other tricks. , 450 Flatbush Avenue, 11:30 a.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m., Free with zoo admission of $8 adults, $5 kids 3-12.

While just about everything is canceled today, the Prospect Park Zoo is open 365 days a year (as is the New York Aquarium in Coney Island).

Friday, November 25

Philippines Storytime and Crafts At this event, kids learn about the legend of the coconut tree, sing songs about nipa huts, and create woven masterpieces. For families of all backgrounds. , Ages 4-12, 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Free.  

Transit Tots This weekly drop-in program entertains the little ones. New York Transit Museum, Corner of Boerum Pl & Schermerhorn St, 11 a.m., Ages 2-5, Free.

 Visit the Totally Tots Art Studio at Brooklyn Children’s Museum and discover all the activities that are in store for your young Picasso. , 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., ages 5 and under, Free with admission of $7.50 per person 1 year and older.

Handiwork: Tasks and Crafts from the Past Nineteenth-century activities for kids. Lefferts Historic House at Prospect Park (Use entrance at Flatbush and Ocean Avenues),  1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
