Stores and Cafes Opening Around the Neighborhood

Artisan pop up store on Washington, cafe/grocery on Vanderbilt, cafe on Franklin.

Local shopping and dining options are multiplying as retailers continue to flock to the neighborhood. Be sure to check out these upcoming openings:

Artisan Market Store on Washington Ave. This pop-up arts and accessories store will showcase jewelry, crafts, fabric, sculpture, and more—all made by local artists. Stop by on Saturday, March 17th at 7PM for the opening reception!

Benny's Delice expanding to Vanderbilt. The popular Clinton Hill pastry shop/ cafe has applied for a permit to build at 567 Vanderbilt Avenue, between Pacific and Dean, Brownstoner reports. The store, owned and operated by French caterer David Benizeri, combines traditional French pastries as well as savory offerings with a Mediterranean influence. No opening date is set.
