We just noticed a new bench on Flatbush Avenue between Park Place and seventh Avenue. We're not sure if it's been there a few days or a few weeks, but we're thrilled to see it arrive.
These benches began populating other parts of Prospect Heights over the past year pr so, but this is the first I've noticed on Flatbush.
