5 Things You Need to Know: Live Music, Yoga and More
What you need to know to start your week off right.
1. You need to do yoga. LaunchPad (721 Franklin Ave.) is hosting their weekly , with donation based classes for all levels taking place throughout the day.
2. You need to listen to live music. Check out Zach and Martin's at Branded Saloon, featuring a free show with Josh Deutsch's Pannonia & The Berger Sisters Bluegrass Explosion
3. You need to watch a movie. BAM (30 Lafayette Ave.) is screening from cult New York filmmaker Mitt Moses Ginberg: "Coming Apart" and "The Werewolf of Washington." The latter will be screened at 7:00pm, while coming apart will be showing at 4:30, 6:50 and 9:30pm.
