5 Things You Need to Know: Live Music, Free Workouts and More

What you need to know to start your Friday off right

1. You need to hear live music. Make your way to The Way Station (683 Washington Ave.) at 9:00pm for the offered up by the Red Hook Ramblers

2. You need a comic book. Head to Bergen Street Comics (470 Bergen St.) at 8:00pm for the to celebrate the release of Michael Fife's first ever print comic, Zegas.

4. You need to take the kids somewhere. Central Library (10 Grand Army Plz) is holding their Toddler Time series at 10:30 and 11:15am. Help them learn nine words a day with fun picture books, songs and games. Be sure to also check out our for a list of great kids events in the neighborhood.
