5 Things You Need to Know: Holiday Services, Alternate Side Parking Suspension and More

What you need to know to start your Thursday off right

1. You need to go to a meeting. The Transportation Alternatives Brooklyn Volunteer Committee will be held at 250 Baltic St. at 7:00pm

2. You need a holiday service. Check out the Chabad of Prospect Heights (569 Vanderbilt Ave.) for their at 10:00am.

3. You need food and music. Head to Velvet Peach Cafe (335 Flatbush Ave.) for their weekly event at 6:30pm

4. You need to take the kids somewhere. Be sure to check out our weekly for a list of great family friendly activities in the neighborhood.

5. You need to know where to park your car. Alternate side parking rules are suspended for today due to Rosh Hashanah.
