5 Things You Need to Know: Exhibits, Composting and More

What you need to know to start your Wednesday off right.

1. You need to do something educational. For a truly unique exhibit, head to the of a Doctors Without Borders field hospital at Prospect Park W. and 9th St. from 9:30am-5:00pm.

2. You need to learn about composting. Learn how leaves, kitchen scraps, garden trimmings, and weeds can all become garden gold through composting. A class will be held at Brooklyn Botanic Garden (1000 Washington Ave.) from 6:00-8:00pm.

3. You want to make a difference. Mark your voice heard at the Carlton Ave. Association (608 Carlton Ave.) from 7:00-8:30pm.
