5 Things You Need to Know: Big Bands, Pirate Talking and More

What you need to know to start your week off right

1. You need to talk like a pirate. The Way Station (683 Washington Ave.) is celebrating International with a party from 8:00am-4:00pm.

2. You need to hear big band music. Head to Tea Lounge (837 Union St.) for their weekly series, featuring big-band performers from 9:00-11:30pm.

3. You need to see YouTube sensations. See funny internet in person at Union Hall's IRL (in real life) event at 7:30pm.

4. You need to take the kids somewhere. Be sure to check out our for a list of great family-friendly activities in the neighborhood.

5. You need to know where to park your car. Alternate side parking rules are in effect.
