5 Things You Need to Know: Age Acceptance, Meditation and More

What you need to know to start your Wednesday off right

1. You need to accept your age. For the 55-and-over crowd, Central Library (10 Grand Army Plz.) is holding a from 10:00-11:30am for professionals who wish to launch a second career in the nonprofit sector or utilize their current skills into a new career. 

2. You need to meditate. Head to the Vajradhara Meditation Center (235 Saint Marks Ave.) for their weekly from 7:30-8:15pm.

3. You need to listen to live music. Make your way to The Way Station (583 Washington Ave.) for a featuring the genre-bending sounds of Howard Fishman.
