5 Things: Book-of-the-Dead Talk, Karaoke with Mr. Wonderful, Sing-Along with Lloyd, More

Prospect Heights-area information and events you won't want to miss.

1. You need to do something spooky. Head to the  for , a talk on an ancient Egyptian Book of the Dead on view in The Mummy Chamber. 7 p.m. Registration required (see for details). Free with museum admission ($10 suggested).

4. You need to know if your train is running ... During the day you're fine, but between midnight and 5 a.m. there are no No. 2 trains between Brooklyn and Manhattan. Take the No. 5 or R trains to nearby stations instead, according to the MTA.

5. ... And if you have to move your car. Sadly, you do. Alternate side won't be suspended again until Tuesday, Nov. 1 for All Saints Day, according to the NYCDOT.
