5 Things: State of the Union Watch Party, 'The Virgin Suicides' Showing, Late-Night Subway Changes, More

Prospect Heights-area subway, alternate side and event information you won't want to miss.

3. You need to decide whether you think Prospect Heights should be a "Slow Zone." Head to the Community Board 8 , where there will be a presentation on the  by the Prospect Heights Neighborhood Development Council, which is trying to make it happen. 1491 Bedford Ave. 7 p.m. Free.

5. You need to know if your train is running ... and if you have to move your car. This week, the Q train is running normally, even late at night. However, between 10:00 p.m. to midnight through Thursday there are no No. 3 trains. No. 2 and 4 trains will provide alternate service, according to the MTA. As for driving, alternate side won't be suspended again until Monday, Feb. 13 for Lincoln's Birthday, according to the NYCDOT.
