5 Things: No Q Train All Weekend, Jazz-Funk Guitar, HIDE/SEEK Symposium, More

Prospect Heights-area subway, alternate side and event information you won't want to miss.

4. You need to know if your train is running ... All weekend there  are no Q trains north of Prospect Park. You can catch a shuttle bus at Seventh Avenue to Atlantic (to get the N/R into the city) or to Prospect Park. In addition, there are no No. 3 trains south of 34th Street. No. 2 and 4 trains will provide alternate service, according to the MTA.

5. ... And if you have to move your car. Not today, of course, but alternate side won't be suspended again until Monday, Feb. 13 for Lincoln's Birthday, according to the NYCDOT.
