5 Things: Dueling Trivia Nights, Storytime, Free Comedy, More

Prospect Heights-area information and events you won't want to miss.

1. You need to laugh. Head to  for their weekly . 807 Classon Ave. at St. Johns. 8 p.m. One drink minimum. 

2. You need to test your random knowledge. There's not one, but two trivia events tonight:   at 9 (234 Underhill at Lincoln) and  at 8 (706 Washington at Prospect Pl.) Both free. 

3. You need to get the kids out of the house. Even though it's Thanksgiving week,  will still be holding , featuring stories, songs and sign language. 755 Dean St (at the corner of Underhill Ave), 10:30 a.m., $5/family. Actually there are quite a few of events today see our  for more options.

4. You need to know if your train is running ...  Between midnight and 5 a.m through Wednesday, there are no No. 2 trains between Brooklyn and Manhattan. Take the 4, 5 or N trains with out-of-station free transfers at select Manhattan stops. Click here for details.

5. ... And if you have to move your car. Today yes, but alternate side is suspended on Thursday for Thanksgiving (but rules are in effect Friday), according to the NYCDOT.
