5 Things: Prospect Park Tree ID, Dvorak and Britten, Santa at AweDacity, More

Prospect Heights-area subway, alternate side and event information you won't want to miss.

1. You need to get to the park. It's supposed to be cold but sunny today, so head to Prospect Park for , where you can learn to pick out trees without the help of their leaves. Meet at the Audubon Center, near the Lincoln Road entrance. 3 p.m. Free. 

2. You need music. If you're into classical, head to the  for , where the BPL Chamber Players perform music of Antonin Dvorak, Max Reger and Benjamin Britten. 4 p.m. If you're more of a rock person, head to  for . 683 Washington Ave, 9 p.m. bet. St. Marks and Prospect. No cover.

4. You need to know if your train is running ... Reprieve! After a week of late-night Q horribleness, there are no planned service changes affecting Prospect Heights stations this weekend, according to the MTA

5. ... And if you have to move your car. Not today, but look out for a Tuesday/Friday spot, because, alternate side won't be suspended again until Dec. 25-26 for Christmas, according to the NYCDOT
